§ 1 Scope

These terms apply to the use of the linkobox service (personal profile pages and AI avatar videos) by companies and freelancers.

§ 2 Services

The provider offers a platform to create personal profiles and to generate and distribute AI avatar videos. The specific scope follows from the selected plan.

§ 3 Prices and payment

The prices stated at the time of order apply. Billing is monthly. Cancellation is possible on a monthly basis.

§ 4 User obligations

The user warrants that they are entitled to use the uploaded content and images and that no third-party rights are infringed.

§ 5 Liability

The provider is liable only for intent and gross negligence; otherwise statutory provisions apply.

§ 6 Final provisions

The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies. Should any provision be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions remains unaffected.
